Mark Saxton Real Estate Ltd opened a Branch Office in Mangonui in 1983 soon to be followed by Glenda Turner in 1985, who is still the Mangonui Branch Manager today.

Our team of 3 active salespeople live and work in the locality. Our company policy is that each agent has a clear area of activity, but can look after a client’s needs anywhere in the Mangonui East Coast locality in co-operation with other associates.

Our Mangonui team specializes in coastal and residential sales in and around the Doubtless Bay District - Mangonui, Mill Bay, Coopers Beach, Chucks Cove, Cable Bay, Taipa, Hihi, Taupo Bay. The Karikari Peninsula – Tokerau Beach, Whatuwhiwhi and Rangiputa. Along with rural and lifestyle blocks along our East Coast area.
